SME Digital Platform, is a new vertical within the Kotak Bank, with the aim to launch all digital banking services of the bank, focused towards solving SME pain points, for banking and beyond banking products, under one roof (App/Web Platform). This vertical will pre-dominantly work towards providing digital experience and product innovation, for SMEs, and provide one stop shop.
The important skills are as follows:
Strong product management skills, in the area of platform creation, and enable sandbox for external innovation
Ability to list and develop internal product gaps, and solve for the same with internal tech teams
Ability to work with cross functional teams within the bank, such as Business, Credit, Product and Tech and drive common OKRs across the board
Strong understanding of platform growth, and means to drive adoption and usage
Ability to bring design thinking with a product lens, and own the interfaces, App and Web Platform.
Build, manage and continue to grow a digital-innovation ecosystem, both internal and external
Brief Job Requirements:
Candidate must have a deep understanding of emerging banking products (such as Open Banking/API banking, Payments, Lending) Products & Services
Review of Product Documentation to finalize technical documentation for execution, and drive external implementation partner for creation of backend platform
Develop concept note, BRD, detailed UAT scenarios for new product solutions
Define product journeys and CX experience
Liaison with internal products Tech SPOCs for the launch of the platform, specifically in the area of AppSec, InfoSec
Good to have extensive network across the Fintech and startup community.
