We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our initiatives within the Securities & Settlement domain, helping to shape and execute product strategy while delivering innovative solutions for managing complex financial operations. Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Securities & Settlement domain, aligning with organizational objectives and client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and translate them into actionable development plans
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business goals and technical specifications
- Drive the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies across product development cycles
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and implement continuous process improvements
- Partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are properly addressed in product design and delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of features, including ideation, development, rollout, and post-launch enhancement
- Develop clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials
- Provide focus and prioritization for technical teams, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision
- Champion the use of emerging technologies to optimize solutions for securities processing and settlement efficiency
- Assist in identifying industry trends and assessing their potential impact on the product strategy
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Finance
- 10+ years of overall experience in Product Management/Ownership with a minimum of 5 years within AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning projects
- Background in Securities & Settlement systems, data processing technologies, and financial operations workflows
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles with hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools
- Understanding of financial market regulations, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in financial technology platforms, understanding of transaction lifecycle workflows, and familiarity with messaging protocols like SWIFT or FIX
- Proven ability to analyze data and leverage insights to influence product decisions
- Capability to manage stakeholders across multi-geographical locations, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), with experience in international team environments
