Job Description

We are looking for a driven Product Manager – Growth & Analytics to join the GEDU Product Team in Noida. In this role, you will own product improvements for GlobalU while interpreting data, market trends, and user behavior to drive digital sales and growth. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded go-getter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and turning insight into action. You will work across product, marketing, and analytics — building and improving features, optimizing campaigns and funnels, and solving complex business challenges. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end initiatives while working closely with a team of talented, like-minded professionals in a fast-moving, analytical environment.

What We Expect From You

  • Own and drive the GlobalU product roadmap, aligning features with business goals, revenue targets, and user needs.
  • Groom the backlog, apply prioritization frameworks, and make clear, fast decisions.
  • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead sprint planning and review cycles.
  • Work hands-on with engineering, QA, and design to ship on-time, high-quality product improvements.
  • Track platform KPIs — acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, NPS — and present monthly insight to leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (GA4, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity) to monitor user journeys and surface opportunities.
  • Identify funnel drop-off, form hypotheses, and lead initiatives that improve conversion and reduce churn.
  • Monitor competitors and EdTech / higher-education trends, and translate them into roadmap and go-to-market direction.
  • Partner with (or oversee) paid media on social campaigns — objectives, creative, performance — to improve CPL and conversion.
  • Lead B2C / direct-learner acquisition and the eCommerce side of the product to grow digital sales.
  • Partner with marketing on go-to-market for launches — messaging, timing, and channel strategy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact across product, engineering, marketing, ops, and support, coordinating smooth rollouts.

What You Bring

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in an evolving, high-ambiguity start-up environment.
  • Commercial mindset — you connect product and marketing decisions to revenue and growth, not just usage.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and turn them into clear recommendations and action.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments.
  • 2–4 years across product, growth, analytics, or digital marketing (or a demonstrable track record spanning them).
  • Depth in at least one of the following, with working fluency across the other two:
    • Technical implementation — LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar), CMS workflows, and EdTech standards (LTI, SCORM, SSO); comfortable with APIs and third-party integrations.
    • Product marketing — running or overseeing paid social, optimising CPL / conversion, and leading positioning and go-to-market for launches.
    • Analytics & data — advanced GA4 / Power BI/Microsoft Clarity, funnel and cohort analysis, experimentation, and intermediate-to-advanced SQL / ETL to work with data at source.
