Job Summary: Are you a seasoned professional with a talent for developing new products We're seeking an experienced product manager to join our team in Sanaswadi, Pune. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless development of new products, generating sales from new products, working closely with current and new customers and researching market for identifying the new big them for Duroshox!. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for developing new products and converting ideas into reality, we want to hear from you. This is techno commercial role, you will be deeply involved in commercial discussions internally and with customers along with technical discussions to develop new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation from new products
• Generate meaningful leads and RFQ's from new customers
• RFQ to Quote turnaround time – Quote within 21 days
• On time and first-time right product development
• Commercials – Ensuring project is running within budgeted costs

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in application engineering / techno Commercial role from manufacturing background.
• CRM: Hands on use of Sales Force (preferred)
• Communication – Clear and fluent communication in English
• Location: Sanaswadi, Pune.
