Product Engineer - Fullstack

About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Engineer - Fullstack who thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You'll be responsible for building end-to-end features from ideation to deployment that directly impact our customers. You will work across frontend, backend, and deployment, collaborating closely with product and design to ship high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with other core business teams to translate business requirements into working features.

- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Python (Django) or Golang for the backend.

- Own features end-to-end: from database design, API development, UI/UX implementation to deployment.

- Apply best practices in UI/UX development to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.

- Leverage modern AI-powered coding agents/tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development.

- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices, testing, and documentation.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.

- Continuously explore and integrate new technologies to improve product and engineering workfl ows.

Requirements :

- Strong profi ciency in ReactJS (hooks, state management, component-driven design).

- Hands-on experience with Python (Django) and Golang for backend development.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud deployment (AWS).

- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).

- Ability to take ownership of features and deliver them independently with minimal supervision.

- Understanding of UX and UI best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

- Strong problem-solving skills, product thinking, and a user-fi rst mindset.
