About The Role
We're looking for engineers who think beyond writing code. As a
Product Engineer, you'll own features end-to-end—from understanding the problem and designing scalable solutions to deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving them.
You'll work closely with Founders, Product Managers, and Engineering Leaders to build AI-first products across Healthcare, FinTech, HRTech, and Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MERN Stack
- Build secure, well-documented REST APIs and backend services.
- Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, payment gateways, and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and release planning.
- Debug production issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve engineering practices.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, and overall engineering productivity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Product Engineer, or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in MERN Stack
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience designing secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC).
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, Agile/Scrum, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
AI-First Engineering
We value engineers who actively use AI as part of their daily workflow.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Windsurf, Perplexity, or similar AI-assisted development tools is highly preferred.
You should be comfortable using AI to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, documentation, testing, and problem-solving.
