- We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems and building intuitive, scalable design solutions
- You will be responsible for creating usable, aesthetic and impactful designs for our portfolio of workflow products as an individual contributor
- This role requires deep user empathy, cross-functional collaboration skills and a strong grasp of both design principles and product strategy

Roles and Responsibilities
- Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutions
- Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping erc
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap
- Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle
- Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions
- Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value
- Find opportunities to continuously innovate and improve on user experience with an experimental and iterative approach
Skills & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture
- Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
- Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
- Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context
- Proven experience with on-ground user research methods and fieldwork
