Product Designer

The Role

You believe design isn't just how things look — it's how things work. You respect the grid, cringe at half-pixel icons, and care deeply about craft. But you also know that great design lives in the real world — sometimes shipping and iterating beats waiting for perfection. You want to own design end to end, from research to a live, breathing product.

What You'll Do

• Talk to users, understand their journeys, and let real behavior — not assumptions — guide your design decisions.
• Build and evolve the design system so the product stays consistent and scalable as it grows.
• Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Business to turn messy, complex problems into simple, delightful experiences.
• Have a seat at the table during ideation and prioritization, not just execute, but shape what gets built and why.
• Use data and usability signals to keep raising the design bar across the team.
• Run design reviews and critiques that actually make the work better.
• Think beyond your immediate surface area. Spot opportunities, propose new directions, and champion design across the org.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience designing digital products.
• A clear understanding of both short-term priorities and the longer-term vision for the product and business.
• A strong foundation in user-centered design and visual design principles, with a natural inclination toward user research, needs validation, and usability evaluation.
• An appreciation for behavioral analytics and the ability to lean on data when making design decisions.
• Enough familiarity with frontend engineering principles to have meaningful conversations with developers and guide technical trade-offs.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills, you can articulate the reasoning behind your design choices to both your team and leadership with equal ease.
