Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our Mumbai office. As a

Product Designer at GreyLabs AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric and

visually appealing products that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely

with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business

stakeholders, to create seamless and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process from ideation to execution for new and existing products.

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes to translate ideas

into practical designs.

Create high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs that are both functional and visually

compelling.

Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business objectives.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven

insights.

Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, problem-solving, and visual design

skills.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma.

Past experience of working with ANT Design System is a plus.

Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile and iterative design processes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to

stakeholders.

Experience designing for B2B SaaS, or BFSI domains.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is an advantage (not

mandatory).
