Product Designer

Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to take care of UI/UX in client and courier applications as well as internal tools. You'll be a one-person team that works closely with product and engineering.

The product is operationally complex: every delivery touches a customer, a courier, a recipient, a dispatcher, and a support team. It is also high-consequence — we handle real parcels and real money, and we shape seller-buyer relationships.

What you'll do

• Design new features and improve existing flows across the customer app, courier app, and internal tools, using Figma and AI tools

• Research UI/UX problems and validate solutions with users before we build

• Work directly with product managers and engineering to design, decide, and ship

• Maintain and improve our design system in Figma, and ensure it's implemented consistently in code

What we're looking for

• You have strong user-behavior judgment — you predict how users will react and what the consequences of a UI/UX decision will be before it ships.

• You can run research solo — you discover UI/UX problems and validate solutions with real users, without a research team.

• You've shipped in operationally complex, high-consequence domains — logistics, fintech, ops tools, or similar.

• You have UI taste that stands out on the team — and the craft to back it: you deliver pixel-level polish and clear information hierarchy, even in dense screens.

• You speak the same language as PMs and engineers.

• You can measure UI/UX outcomes, not just visual quality, and tie them to product and business metrics

• You've already enhanced your workflow with AI — from discovery to prototyping
