We are seeking a highly skilledMechanicalEngineer with a background inProduct designing.The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of productDesigning with specific tools and techniques. Identify critical areas, highlighting high-priority work packages or activities.

Responsibilities

Applies and supports the development of processes such as Design Review, Virtual Review, and tools such asCreo, DFMEA, DVP & R, DFM, DFA, tolerance stack-up, etc.

Conducts cross-functional reviews for components on own, seeks guidance from experts and program team members as required.

3D CAD modelling for majorcasting componentsand other engine components like plumbing, sheet metal brackets, etc.

Creating and checking 2D drawings. Apply GD&T and design for Manufacturing/service/assembly.

Develop engineering releases as per component requirement for respective design phase.

Support on the engine build with proposed BOM (Review BOM and verify it during engine build).

Support part movement during the engine builds, validation, testing, etc.

Capable to handle ETLA and Product tailoring components / system TLA.

Requirements

Experience Range -6to 12Years

Qualification - MTech or BTech Mechanical or Associated Branches.

Background of working in CREO 2.0 on engine components like plumbing, sheet metal parts, casting etc.

Knowledge of product lifecycle.

Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and Design for Assembly.

MCM knowledge is preferred.

Basic knowledge of engine components function is preferred.

CAD Proficiency: Pro/E Creoandcasting- NPD

Expected Skill Level Expert.
