Job Title : Product Design Engineer
Location : Pune
Job Details:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design assignments of moderate complexity based on sketches, layouts, and assemblies from senior technical staff.
- Conduct detailed design work using CAD platforms like Creo 7.0, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and prepare specifications.
- Modify designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
- Perform GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
Position Requirements:
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D detailed drawings.
- Proficient in CAD tools like Pro/E Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, and AutoCAD.
- Use PLM systems such as Enovia or Windchill for documentation control.
- Strong grasp of design standards (ASME Y14/ANSI Y14) and engineering calculations.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to improve designs.
- Serve as a technical resource, resolve challenges, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Commit to continuous learning and ensure the quality and timely delivery of engineering documents.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024 graduates only).
- 01 year of experience in product design, drawings, and CAD modeling.
