About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with 5–8 years of experience in Product/Solution Consulting, Implementation, or Enterprise SaaS delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience owning end-to-end delivery for B2B SaaS products, with exposure to procurement, supply chain, and spend management domains.

Responsibilities

Delivery Execution & PMO

• Own end-to-end project plan for assigned accounts; maintain scope, timeline, and milestone discipline
• Track sprint health, flag risks early, and drive on-time milestone delivery
• Log exceptions, escalate per governance framework, and close issues with quality and timeliness

Solution Consulting & Configuration

• Lead functional discovery sessions; produce structured BRDs and solution blueprints
• Validate configured solution against sold scope; enforce scope discipline through delivery
• Confirm functional readiness at UAT and go-live; conduct post go-live hypercare

Stakeholder Management

• Establish regular cadence with client project owners; set and manage delivery expectations
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs proactively across client and internal stakeholders
• Escalate issues to Senior PC with context and resolution path; enforce governance standards

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Solution Engineering on config and integration dependencies
• Align with Training & Change Management for user readiness at go-live
• Provide structured delivery feedback to Product and Sales on gaps and constraints

Quality & Knowledge

• Follow delivery playbooks, templates, and QA standards rigorously
• Capture lessons learned, update runbooks, and contribute reusable assets to the POD
• Support Business Analysts in structured discovery, documentation, and task prioritisation

Qualifications

5–8 years in Product/Solution Consulting, Implementation, or Enterprise SaaS delivery.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience owning end-to-end delivery for B2B SaaS products
• Procurement / supply chain / spend management domain exposure
• Strong functional discovery and BRD documentation skills
• Ability to validate configured solutions against product scope and manage scope creep
• Client-facing communication with structured escalation discipline
• Working knowledge of project management practices (sprints, milestones, risk logs)
• Collaborative mindset; ability to coordinate across Engineering, Training, and CS functions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Indian & US enterprise customers
• Familiarity with project management and delivery tooling
