The Role: Product Analyst (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a motivated Product Analyst to support the prototype MVP transition of our platform. This role will bridge the gap between early field pilots and our engineering team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document user requirements, user stories, and platform features, and translate them into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Convert field insights into structured user stories and actionable feature specifications for the development team.

Support prototype testing by coordinating data collection, GPS-tagged documentation, and performance feedback.

Work closely with the Tech Lead and Business manager to align user needs with system architecture and technical design.

Analyze early pilot data and prepare feedback reports to guide product improvements.

Contribute to pilot documentation and progress reports for partners, funders, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science / Renewable Energy or related.
• 13 years experience in product, business analysis, or IoT/energy projects (internships count).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user communication.
• Self-starter, comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience working in an Agile environment will be considered a plus
