Required education and certifications critical for the role-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Required years of experience -6-10 years of relevant experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or Product Delivery roles
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams
Proven experience supporting end-to-end product delivery, including requirements definition, backlog refinement, testing coordination, and release support
Demonstrated ability to work across business and technical stakeholders, managing dependencies and aligning delivery activities
Experience contributing to process improvement, issue resolution, or product enhancements within complex systems

The Product Analyst is essential for driving the successful evaluation and implementation of product solutions, working in close collaboration with change management and communication to ensure product solutions are integrated into business processes. The role involves leading product insight evaluations, consulting with stakeholders to document requirements, analyzing processes for continuous improvement, and supporting product documentation and training. Activities also include collaborating with stakeholders to measure and validate the impact of technical initiatives, coordinating release activities, mediating between teams and end users, and overseeing system functionality documentation to ensure business needs are met.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
. Leads evaluations of product insights for solution options, cost estimating, and impact analysis for small to medium business processes, product offerings, and solutions
. Participates in listening sessions and consults with stakeholders and aligned technical and functional domains to complete documentation of business requirements
. Analyzes business processes and develops insights and recommended actions in support of issue resolution and continuous improvement rooted in the product offering
. Collaborate with the business stakeholders and Product Manager to solidify measurement, definition, and on-going evaluation of the value of technical initiatives
. Ensure the appropriate stakeholder alignment for the validation and realization of value for all technical implementations
. Serves as point to coordinate between business and technical teams for each release
. Mediate and translate between POD and end users, using business knowledge and stakeholder network to support product and data initiatives
. Oversee the documentation of system functionality, system demos, and release notes to ensure appropriate voice of business is reflected in the material
. Ensure the upkeep and validity of product documentation, demos, and product training (working with others as needed) to support adoption of product and system knowledge documentation

○ Ability to translate business needs into high-level requirements that can be converted to user stories for delivery

○ Ability to define acceptance criteria and support end-to-end delivery lifecycle
○ Strong understanding of dependencies, sequencing, and delivery risks
○ Ability to identify risks and ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business intent
. Quality, Testing & Validation
○ Definition of acceptance criteria and validation approaches
○ Ability to identify risks and ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business intent
. Product Decision-Making & Documentation
○ Ability to organize and interpret data to support product decision-making
○ Strong documentation skills across requirements, processes, and knowledge artefacts
