Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Producer & Digital Marketing Media Lead / Digital Marketing Content Editor with strong professional production media experience to join its in-house corporate marketing team. This role will focus on video production and AI-assisted content creation in support of the firm's customer and partner Solution Enablement Education (SEE) initiatives.

In this role, you will support the execution of technical video communications, including project management, video production, production consultation, digital and GenAI-enabled video editing, and workflow automation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand video content at scale.

This includes client and partner communications, digital business development initiatives, and other content videography needs. This is a unique opportunity at a fast-growing company producing highly technical education academies within its rapidly expanding University division. The primary responsibility is overseeing the development of strategic, on-brand video content leveraged by thousands of global customers.

The role also requires strong writing, communication, and grammatical skills. You will be responsible for creating and/or editing digital marketing content campaigns, including customer-facing educational videos, social media ads, email campaigns, and virtual webinar events.

Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Production Engineering video communications.
  • Provide creative input and fresh perspectives on partner- and customer-facing digital marketing materials
  • Solve production challenges while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Research and evaluate strategic organizational content needs and recommend solutions
  • Monitor and track execution of production plans; communicate status to all stakeholders
  • Potentially appear in digital marketing content for narration or customer/partner instruction
  • Optimize and maintain Tsunati University (Academy) SEE projects and other solution content
  • Provide social media videography, motion graphics, and creative guidance as needed
  • Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate video editing, transcription, captioning, versioning, and repurposing of content
  • Use automation tools such as n8n to streamline content workflows (e.g., asset handling, approvals, publishing, notifications)

 

Production:

  • Oversee creation of Tsunati University and marketing video content for external use, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and on-time delivery
  • Manage the creative process for videos and provide strategic direction on new video initiatives
  • Serve as engineer/technical director for in-house live-streamed and virtual events
  • Facilitate conference and/or video SEE and other uplink events, ensuring platforms function as required
  • Collaborate with and mentor Associate Video Editors, helping build technical and creative skills
  • Introduce and standardize AI-assisted production best practices where appropriate

 

Post-Production & Editing:

  • Oversee Tsunati media archives, including video assets, photo libraries, motion design systems, and AI-generated assets
  • Perform essential assistant editor duties as needed
  • Sync raw footage into sequences and ensure timely delivery
  • Archive and maintain media transcripts (including AI-generated transcripts)
  • Pull, organize, and manage footage and related assets
  • Create media cuts from selects, paper edits, or AI-assisted drafts
  • Export final compressed media for multiple endpoints (web, social, learning platforms)
  • Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional video production experience
  • Academic and/or professional training in photography fundamentals, visual composition, camera theory, and visual storytelling
  • Experience operating professional video cameras, audio equipment, and lighting equipment (preferred, not required)
  • Strong working knowledge of modern media editing applications, including AI-assisted video tools
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and sales funnels
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and events
  • Experience developing plans aligned with organizational goals and initiatives

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
  • Experience using macOS for creative production
  • Existing portfolio showcasing video production and editing work
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition) preferred
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills

  • Familiarity with Kajabi or similar learning platforms

  • Exposure to automation platforms (e.g., n8n) is a strong plus.
