Role Description:
. Supports more cross functional Business Teams with the scope of managing contracts as per ExxonMobil guidelines execute day-to-day contract and obligation management activities
. Ensures EM, its affiliates and the other contracting parties meet all contractual guidelines and obligations
Business Scope/Dimensions:
. Maintains and oversees all aspects of contract and obligation administration within relevant portfolio
. Interpret contract language, terms and conditions into administrative actions
. Provides ongoing process, administrative and analytical support to ExxonMobil Upstream/Gas&Power/EMTEC
. Build knowledge of supported business, tools and processes
. Identify, communicate & resolve any contract related issues, working effectively with Contract owner & other interfaces
. Provides support and requested reports to the Business Line, Supervisors and other interfaces as required
Key Responsibilities / Interfaces:
. Manage all executed contracts / obligations /amendments to be administered in the relevant systems
. Interpret contract language, terms and conditions into administrative actions, identify obligations
. Provide support to Contract Owners / Agreement OwnersINegotiatior / Business Line contacts to resolve any operational, commercial or contractual issues
. Monitor and maintain contractual obligations
. Reporting - as required
Controls Responsibilities (including CIMS, OIMS & IT System Ownership):
. Comply with all policies, procedures, firewalls restrictions, and Control Catalogues
. Manage proprietary, confidential and sensitive information
Key Skills:
. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface across UpstreamIother functions
. Knowledge of contracting, agreements, contract, task and document management
. Commitment to controls and detail orientated approach
. Being able to work in a team
. Able to handle deadlines and competing priorities whilst maintaining an accurate work product
. Language Skills: Fluent English
