Position: Procurement Manager

Organisation: A leading public health NGO

Experience: 58 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

CTC: 10 - 12 LPA

Location: Delhi

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Manage procurement for all program-related needs including printing of IEC materials, training kits, and supplies
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training (venues, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.)
  • Ensure transparent documentationpurchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Develop & implement procurement policies and procedures & ensure they are followed and updated as per organisational guidelines.

Qualification & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.
  • Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
