Position: Procurement Manager
Organisation: A leading public health NGO
Experience: 58 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
CTC: 10 - 12 LPA
Location: Delhi
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Manage procurement for all program-related needs including printing of IEC materials, training kits, and supplies
- Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training (venues, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.)
- Ensure transparent documentationpurchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Develop & implement procurement policies and procedures & ensure they are followed and updated as per organisational guidelines.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.
- Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing preferred.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
