Procurement Executive

I'm currently partnering with an established ship management company that is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive for its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in marine procurement who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with technical teams to support vessel operations.

Key responsibilities:

. Manage end-to-end procurement of vessel spares, stores, provisions and services.

. Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers.

. Coordinate deliveries with agents, freight forwarders and logistics providers.

. Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries in line with vessel schedules.

. Maintain procurement records and activities through the ERP system.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years procurement experience within a ship management or ship owning company.
• Experience using ERP procurement systems.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
