Job Overview

Job Title: Procurement Executive (Packaging)

Location: HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: Upto 1 year, freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for the packaging category to optimise cost, quality, and delivery performance.
2. Experience working on the supply side.
3. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
4. Analyse market trends, identify new sourcing opportunities, and evaluate potential suppliers.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align procurement activities with business needs.
6. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock availability.
7. Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
8. Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and address any quality or delivery issues.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and sustainable packaging innovations.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Upto 1 year of experience, freshers are welcome to apply
3. Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Experience in e-commerce or B2B procurement is preferred.
