Job Description

FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

  • Delivers process training reports and ensures class performance reports are up to date. Ensures effectiveness of training program through updated and calibrated hourly training outline
  • Ensure product and policy updates are incorporated and covered during training
  • Responsible for creation of facilitator guide and training manuals for trainings
  • Responsible for creation of product knowledge checks for training
  • Provides regular feedback to the batch on performance and ensures learning is not compromised
  • Cascades all process updates to existing & new team members. Conducts refresher training to maintain training effectiveness on the floor.
  • Establishes innovative systems and procedures to deliver training and continuously improvises on them.
  • Participates in calibrations with Quality & Operations.
  • Provide support to operations during OJT phase thereby ensuring smooth transitioning of the training batch to Production
  • Perform quality checks on calls / cases of agents and provide necessary feedback
  • Keep abreast of policy changes and updates within the process / company
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management
  • Ensure and maintain accurate and timely reporting to internal departments like HR, operations and facility etc.

  • Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures
  • Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures
  • Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.

Experience in Travel domain is must.
