Process Trainer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Trainer role based in Chennai. The Process Trainer will design and deliver training programs that align with business processes, quality standards, and performance goals. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, planning and facilitating new hire training, and creating clear process documentation and training materials. The role involves delivering engaging classroom sessions, coaching team members on process adherence, and partnering with operations leaders to identify skill gaps and improve workflow efficiency. The Process Trainer will also track training outcomes, provide feedback and reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training to design and implement effective learning programs.
• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to deliver engaging sessions and convey complex information clearly.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret performance data, assess training effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.
• Experience creating training content, manuals, and process documentation is beneficial.
• Prior experience as a trainer, process specialist, or in operations within a service-oriented or consulting environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; certifications in training, L&D, or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, instructional design) are a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt training methods to varied learner groups.
