Process Manager - Editing

The process manager will be a part of the Work Flow management team and contribute towards smooth operations in processes and the team.

As a process manager, you will

  • Work with a dynamic team to assess client requirements and match their manuscripts with the most suitable editors.
  • Coordinate with in-house and freelance editors across the globe to ensure that assignments are accepted and returned on time.
  • Answer queries from freelancers.
  • At times, assume the role of a client manager, which will involve confirming jobs and responding to client emails
  • Find ways to improve the efficiency of the system.

You fit the bill if you have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fields such as process management, workflow management, customer service, operations, etc.
  • Drive to exceed client expectations and team expectations
  • Fluent English communication and email-writing skills
  • Great time management skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and be systematic and methodical
  • Willingness to work long hours when required
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Analytical skills in order to find the right person for the right task
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Location:Andheri (West), Mumbai

Working Shifts: The candidate is expected to work in shifts. The last shift ends by 1:30 AM. No night shifts involved.
