Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

PM Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize Planview to track and manage project portfolios, resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, work breakdown structures, risk management plans, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, ensuring collaboration and clear communication to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational policies.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a high-performance project management culture within the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with other departments to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
  • 8-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Planview for project portfolio management, resource management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
