About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Process Executive Voice (Digital Marketing Support). This is an exciting opportunity for freshers with a certification in digital marketing or candidates with up to 6 months of experience to build a career in a growing digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for advertisers and marketers using digital platforms.
- Handle voice-based queries related to:
- Campaign performance
- Ad delivery and targeting
- Account configuration and billing
- Resolve complex technical and platform-related issues through voice support.
- Provide consultative support and guidance on campaign optimization best practices.
- Collaborate with internal support and technical teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify, document, and track platform bugs or inconsistencies.
- Proactively contribute to process improvements by:
- Identifying root causes of recurring issues
- Recommending enhancements to tools, workflows, or documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers with a Digital Marketing Certification, OR
Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience (certification not mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
