Role & responsibilities
i. Scope: Supplier will provide inbound phone, email, and chat support Services with emphasis
on troubleshooting, account optimization, upselling, and efficient issue resolution
ii. Troubleshooting topics that Supplier will support are the following:
a. Billing and payment processing
b. Queries related to ad unseen by Customers
c. Account activation and account optimization
d. Payment and support options
e. Campaign optimization
f. Product and market specific policies
g. AdWords reporting options
h. Account, campaign, budget, and keywords management queries
i. Complaints, fraud, and account hijacking queries
j. Other related products with Google Ads including AdWords Editor, Google Analytics,
Location Extensions, Merchant Centre - Product Extensions, GMB, Youtube etc.
iii. Account optimization / upselling topics that Supplier will support include, but are not
limited to:
a. Account structure optimization (e.g., ad group, campaigns)
b. Improving targeting settings
c. Improving keywords, ad text
