Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will manage and lead a team of employees. He / She should communicate goals, healthy practices, and deadlines to team members. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to seniors and keeps updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies to higher authority and resolves issues among team members.
Jo b Role and Responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Directed business outsourcing operation: Development of vendor base, staffing solutions, maintaining/monitoring scope of services, 3rd party partners performance, contractual agreements, and business relationships.
  • Responsible for Production count of each team member, monitoring every step of the process minutely
  • Meet the Difficulties of customer queries.
  • Achieving all types of targets.
  • Working on quality assurance
  • Taking initiatives on work
  • Maintain MIS for day to day data management
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for PE(s)
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the team
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics in absence of respective Team Lead
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Client Stakeholder Management,
  • Manage Team internal Issues Escalations
  • Drive process improvements and ideation
  • Manage quality, controls, risk compliance aspect for the deal
  • Updating team members regarding missed points in policies etc., through mail
  • Conducting and participating in team meetings
Jo b requirements and qualifications
  • Should be ready to work in rotational shifts
  • Associate degree or Engineering in any field or related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
  • Ability to: Plan, organize and document day to day activities in alignment with institutional policies/procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and share information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility; perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situation.
