Job Description



Minimum experience of 12 to 15 years including waste water treatment .

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Supports and consults the Lead Functions and Project Team Members in all process related matters
Updates and supplements following key documents (if requires)
Process description and calculation including process flow charts
Quantity, heat and mass balances including flow charts
Input for process control system (e.g. alarm and limit value list)
Operational descriptions and checklists (e.g. start-up, minimum load, limit load,partial load, full load, normal operation, shutdown)
Supervise process analytical technology, planning of the scope and types needed laboratory tests during the operation phase.
Calculation and specification of effluent, residuals and waste materials
Characteristic water, wastewater parameters
Characteristic sludge parameters, e.g. dry matter content, storage and transport behavior
Specification of amounts and types of process related consumables (e.g. flocculants,coagulants, defoamer etc)
Constant support for operational team, e.g. calculations, data analysis, consultations
Supports purchasing of process relating equipment (if new required)
Defines inquiry specification
Review and evaluation of inquiries
Recommendation for order placement
Reports on risks, planned vs. actual costs and forecast of the related budget to Technical and Commercial Project Manager
Planning, supervising / performing and reporting of process related tests according to contract
Support of claim management / variations management regarding process related topics
Responsible for preparation of process related training
Preparation and implementation of the process parameters monitoring program
Provides input for lessons learned regarding process, start-up, commissioning and operation
