Job Title: Process Controller - US IT Recruitment Firm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Controller for our US IT Recruitment Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, implementing best practices, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
Evaluate and streamline the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve the overall workflow.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.

Compliance Management:
Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to legal and organizational standards.
Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance and implement corrective actions.

Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in recruitment.
Monitor and assess the performance of recruitment teams against predefined metrics.
Provide feedback and training to teams to improve the quality of their work.

Technology Integration:
Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology for process improvement.
Identify and implement recruitment software/tools that enhance productivity and accuracy.
Provide training to staff on the effective use of recruitment technology.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and expectations.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on process goals.
Manage client feedback and implement changes as needed to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a recruitment or HR process management role, preferably in the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Looking Senior Person for this Role: In age group of 35 Years to 40 Years.
Looking Only Male Candidates
Salary: As Per Company Standards
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Working Hours: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
Completely Work From Office Only
