Grade - IS2/IS3

Exp - 5-6 years

Certification - ITIL Certified

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and diagnose incidents to determine root causes and recommend effective solutions
  • Develop and implement problem management processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and to prevent future incidents
  • Monitor and analyze trends in incidents and problems to proactively identify potential issues
  • Create and maintain documentation related to problem management processes and activities
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of problem management processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on problem resolution status and to gather feedback for improvement
  • Proven experience in problem management or a related IT role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Experience with incident management and service management tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
