Job Description

  • Desktop Technical Support
  • To provide Imaging support (Legacy & Cloud Based)
  • Task Queue, Litigation Hold Script, CME Provisioning/Auto Pilot issues
  • Migration legacy to Cloud based: Support & Troubleshoot Migration issues
  • OS Feature and Tools Support
  • Troubleshoot & Support SCCM/New Hardware/BeyondTrust /BitLocker/GPO in GME/DSC/SmartCard/IT Assist/VPN
  • Office Related Support: Support & Troubleshoot Office365/2016
  • Routine Activities: Work as an extended Team along with an engineering team and co-ordinate with OEM/Vendor
  • Responding to customer DSAT requests
  • Monitoring the PC Elevated automation failures & collaboration with L4 team
  • Knowledge on creating custom scripts for IT Assistance
  • Printer Technical Support
  • Print Management support (LRS) : Deployment, redeployment, retire
  • Physical Printers: Troubleshoot hardware firmware & driver issues
  • End User Support Issues- PPM Login, Adding Printer & Performance
  • Legacy Windows Print Server Support- Printer queue creation/troubleshooting
  • Hardware and print solution consultation
  • Work as extended Team along with engineering team and co-ordinate with OEM/Vendor
  • Application support for print management tools
  • Activity monitoring and provide LRS license consumable reporting
