Role: Print SME

Experience: 5+ Years

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Mandatory- VPSX R4 Design/Architecture

- Print Subject matter expert with LRS/VPSX, HP Web jet admin expertise who can support end-to-end print infrastructure operations, governance, and service quality

- Manage print environments including centralized, distributed, and secure printing

- Administer and optimize print solutions using LRS/VPSX, HP Web Jetadmin, and HP Print stack

- Monitor printer fleet health, availability, performance, and consumables

- Drive print cost optimization, standardization, and device rationalization initiatives

- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and escalations related to print services

- Coordinate with OEMs (HP), vendors, and onshore stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements (secure print, access control)

- Mentor offshore teams and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices

- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and reporting dashboards
