Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and delivery of high-performance software for middle back-office operations
  • Collaborate with PMs and business teams to define product roadmaps and technical solutions
  • Guide dev teams through architecture planning, design reviews, and code quality oversight
  • Analyze product feedback and usage to drive improvements and manage product launches

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field with deep understanding of SDLC and design patterns
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing projects end-to-end
