What You'll Achieve
As a Principal Software Engineer in the Customer Northstar program, you will be at the forefront of crafting and developing software that not only meets the demands of a changing world but also integrates customer data into a single, comprehensive system. Your work will involve using the latest technologies and methodologies to drive improvements and innovation, ensuring that our products and services offer a unified and sophisticated customer experience.
You will:
- Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Assist in training, work assignment and mentoring of less experienced developers
- Provide training and mentor other engineers when required
- Be a domain specialist in one or more technical programming specialties

Essential Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in developing and maintaining .NET-based applications, services, and APIs
- Experience with database schemas for relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Hands on experience in implementing robust security measures, including encryption, authentication, and vulnerability management, to safeguard sensitive information and systems against threats
- Experience in developing test plans and executing functional, integration, and performance tests
Desirable Requirements
- Familiarity with graph database technologies and concepts, such as TigerGraph, Neo4j or Apache TinkerPop, with the ability to model, query, and analyze interconnected data efficiently
- Experience in developing and implementing data pipelines using message queues and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration across systems
