Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Scrum Master to coordinate incident management, release support, and cross-functional collaboration for multiple digital products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to lead medium-to-large teams across global time zones, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Incident Management for multiple digital products, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Interact with multiple internal teams to resolve incidents and plan work scope for the Support Team.
  • Provide release support for enterprise initiatives, upgrades, production hotfixes, and platform maintenance.
  • Prioritize tasks based on team capacity and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to set expectations.
  • Drive ownership and accountability for assigned work and ensure follow-through to closure.
  • Facilitate communication and keep teams synchronized across time zones.
  • Lead medium to large-sized teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, running all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
  • Continuously learn and apply new concepts and technologies to enhance team performance.

Key Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 9+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and project planning/forecasting.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API and system integrations.
  • Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Bitbucket.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to lead and guide teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Healthcare industry.
  • E-commerce domain knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud.
