Principal Manager, tech (Python Infra)

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Python Infra team to deliver high-performance infrastructure solutions
• Optimize analytics and caching frameworks using advanced algorithms and low-level language techniques
• Collaborate with front-office teams to enhance business workflows dependent on infra tools
• Drive project planning and execution with a focus on cross-functional communication and delivery

Job Requirements:

• Strong CS fundamentals with hands-on experience in Python, C++, and optimization techniques
• Proven experience in AOT/JIT compilation and SIMD/multi-core algorithm design
• Minimum 1 year of people and team management experience
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
