Job Description
eProductivity Software is a global leader in delivering innovative software solutions for the packaging industry. Our Bangalore R&D division is at the forefront of developing high-performance, scalable technologies that power mission-critical products like PrintFlow.
We're looking for a
Principal Engineer with deep backend expertise to join our team and play a pivotal role in the
enhancement, support, and modernization of
PrintFlow Classic, a core scheduling solution trusted by leading Print & Packaging customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead backend development and maintenance of PrintFlow Classic
- Enhance existing features and ensure high system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Work with legacy technologies (VB5) for a fixed period, with a focus on modernization.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#)and SQL Server
- Willingness to work with VB5 during transition phase
- Experience in enterprise-grade software development
- Excellent problem-solving and architectural skills
- Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and scalable design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Print or Packaging industry solutions
- Familiarity with scheduling or production planning systems
- Exposure to modernization projects or legacy system migration
