Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture for the Voice + Generative AI stack across multiple product lines.
- Solvereal-time streaming and low-latency challenges at scale.
- Defines shared platforms, reusable frameworks, and standards for LLM orchestration and multi-agent systems.
- Take products from prototype (01) to production-ready scale (110).
- Architect systems to handle multi-product adoption (10100)with high availability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Anticipate and solve bottlenecks in performance, reliability, and data pipelines at hyperscale.
- Design and implement LangGraph-based agentic workflows, RAG systems, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Integrate STT, LLMs, embeddings, and TTS into scalable production systems.
- Stay at the forefront of the GenAI ecosystem(LangGraph, LangChain, vector DBs, open-source LLMs, commercial APIs).
- Act as a deep IC: prototype, build PoCs, and validate architectural decisions.
- Ownscaling, performance optimization, and reliability engineering across systems.
- Partner with tech leads and principal engineers to guide design reviews and technical execution.
- Influence and mentors, senior engineers, staff engineers, and principal engineers.
- Shape the engineering culture of technical excellence.
- Play a key role in hiring and building senior engineering talent.
Requirments
- 15+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years at, principal/staff+ IC level.
- Proven track record of scaling products 0110100in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in large-scale streaming/distributed systems(Kafka, Flink, Pulsar, Spark, etc. ).
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on with Generative AI frameworks (LangGraph, agentic systems, LLM orchestration, vector DBs, RAG).
- Exceptional IC leader influencing technical direction across multiple product lines.
- Experience mentoring principal/staff engineers and aligning cross-product architecture.
- Ability to make long-term architectural bets and drive adoption.
