Role Description

The Pricing Analyst is part of a global team who establishes and follows procedures that maintain the integrity of data for Master Data in SAP. These procedures allow business objectives to be met and to be compliant to (regional) Government regulations and Westlake regulations. The Master Data Analyst role is the key for setting up a good foundation for further execution of the business processes.

Essential Functions

Manage Pricing master data by creating, changing, or deleting records.

Support month-end activities.

Invoice Creation and cancellation.

Create credit/debit memos.

Handle Rebate/Commission agreements, payouts, and backlog corrections.

Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and Westlake Safety & Integrity policies.

Assist functional and business leaders with Pricing Master reports.

Create, maintain, and document queries and reports.

Report process flow gaps and issues to the Team Leader/BPO.

Participate in problem-solving and data standardization.

Assist BPOs and Team Leader with process improvements and follow-up actions.

Support business initiatives and projects related to Pricing Master activities.

Key relationships: Global BPO organization, global SME team, Commercial Services, I.T, Master Data team, Sales, Credit department.

Qualifications

Any degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a functional area.

Fluent language skills in English, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

SAP functional knowledge required i.e. Master Data. Preferably worked in Pricing Master Data.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to analyze data to determine best value for the company.

Attentive to details, able to work accurately.

Ability to work under pressure, time sensitive environment showing high level of flexibility.

Positive attitude and strong customer focus.

Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Proactive and able to anticipate issues, solution focused.

Experience with troubleshooting.

Team player that must have ability to interact with individuals on all levels.

Self-motivated to meet aggressive project/task timelines.

Strong aptitude towards utilizing, supporting and learning applications/systems.
