Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field;
Experience:
10+ years of software development experience with a focus on JavaScript, Groovy and 3+ years of experience specifically as a Pricefx Solution Architect.
Certified Pricefx configuration engineers with a minimum of 3 years of active experience in this role and proven track record of solution architect role by implementing minimum 2 Pricefx capabilities
Proficiency in data integration techniques (APIs. ETL tools) and understanding of REST/SOAP
Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise applications in large-scale environments.
Strong experience in microservices architecture, RESTful API design, pricing strategies and analytics.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
In-depth knowledge of Pricefx Platform including Price Builder, Deal Manager, Rebate Manager, Quote configurator, Channel Manager
Strong understanding of Pricefx Configuration Studio (CS) and Pricefx promotion engine
Strong proficiency in JavaScript for UI extensions and dynamic page behavior
Expertise in Groovy scripting within Pricefx for logic implementation and customization
Expertise in Integrating Pricefx with ERP using ETL tools, RESTful API's, SOAP and custom connectors
Strong knowledge of Securitybest practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading architecture initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and propose creative solutions.
Certifications: Pricefx configuration certification and Solution Architect certification. Other relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
