Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher for our client company to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development in line with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom & Teaching:

Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculum

Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environment

Observe, guide, and support children's academic, emotional, and social development

Use age-appropriate materials and activities to encourage independent learning

Student Development:

Assess and document children's progress and developmental milestones

Plan and evaluate individual and group learning activities

Ensure student safety and supervision at all times

Parent Interaction:

Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and development

Address concerns and provide constructive feedback during parent interactions

Encourage parent participation in school activities and meetings

School & Team Collaboration:

Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events

Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support staff

Follow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Requirements

Degree/Diploma with ECCE / NTT certification; Montessori certification preferred

Basic understanding of child development theories and Montessori philosophy

Good communication skills in English

Patient, caring, flexible, and child-focused attitude

Strong classroom management and teamwork skills

Ability to safeguard children's well-being and interests

Experience: 02 Years (or as per competence)
