client hears, and what you say can turn a curious caller into a confident customer. This isn't

just about answering calls; it's about knowing who's just window-shopping and who's ready

to move in.

At alt.f coworking, we don't believe in throwing cold leads at sales. Your job is to warm them

up, qualify them, and hand over only the leads worth chasing. In short, you're the filter that

makes our sales team look good

Prerequisites for a Pre Sales Manager:

An excellent communicator who can listen as well as persuade.

Experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales gives you an edge.

Someone with judgement sharp enough to know who's just browsing and who's ready

to buy.

Organised, proactive, and always on top of the details.

A can-do attitude and the ability to make every conversation count.

Job Role:

Be the first friendly, knowledgeable voice that prospects hear.

Turn marketed leads into meaningful conversations and schedule walk through that

matter.

Know when to nudge and when to wait, converting only warm and hot leads for sales.

Keep CRM clean and calls unmissed, if someone reaches out, they hear back from

you, in time.

Whisper secrets to the marketing team: what leads are gold and which ones are gravel.

Follow up like a pro, bringing hesitant prospects closer to yes.

Prepare smart sales reports and spot ways to make our process sharper.
