We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-sales Facilitator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, with a strong background in IT or software services. The Pre-sales Facilitator will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, delivering engaging product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales and product development teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Assist in the development of proposals and RFP responses.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess competition.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the pre-sales process.
• Work closely with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and improve offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably in IT or software services.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Prezi) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.
• Analytical skills to assess customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
