Pre Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Executive role based in Thane. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market and property research, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. The executive will also manage inquiries, coordinate property site visits, and assist with negotiations to meet client expectations. Additional duties involve developing presentations, following up with leads, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in real estate or a similar industry preferred
