Role Description

This is a full-time Client-site role for a Tele Caller (Real Estate) based in Wakad,Pune. Key responsibilities include contacting potential clients, explaining product or service details, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients. The Tele Caller will also ensure effective communication, maintain accurate records of all calls, and contribute to achieving company sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries or concerns professionally

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle calls effectively

Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and basic computer literacy

Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team targets

Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer service are a plus

Salary : 22,000-25,000
