Job Description

Position: Executive Pre-Sales

Location: Mohali, Punjab, India

Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Manager, Sales

Qualifications: B.Com, BBA, MBA

Experience Level: 6-12 months of experience preferred

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads through market research, proactively sending introduction emails, responding to email queries, generate quotations and invoices. The person will be responsible for managing email campaigns, mass mail campaigns, CRM and other activities related to lead generation. If you are confident, articulate, and skilled in using MS Excel and MS Outlook, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases.

Email Campaigns: Create and send mass/focused email campaigns, product flyers to prospects.

Market Research: Conduct internet-based research to build lead lists and support sales strategy.

Data Analysis: Maintain accurate lead data in Excel and CRM tools. Perform data extrapolation, tagging, and segmentation.

PSM Accounting Software: Generate Quotations, Pro-forma invoices, Sales & Purchase invoices

Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.

Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop effective outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (B.Ba) or MBA

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

Confident Communication and Presentation Skills

Strong Organizational & Analytical Skills
