Pre Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will involve working closely with the sales and product teams to understand client requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success team. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer's first impression and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound/outbound leads to understand their requirements and business challenges.
• Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Work with the Sales team to build proposals, pitch decks, and solution documents.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and feedback.
• Assist in lead qualification and pipeline management.
• Stay updated with product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (SaaS/Tech industry preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and explain software products quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

About the Founders:

The current founding team has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has left well-established careers to address industry problems in proptech. Our CEO (Ashish Dhingra) has been part of the Architecture Construction space for over 10 years and has spent over a decade in international banking. Our CPO (Kartik) is a proven product leader and was heading product in his earlier role at e-gurukul.
