Role OverviewWe are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive who will act as a bridge between the sales team, product team, and customers. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting the technical/functional aspects of the sales cycle. Ideal for candidates who enjoy technology, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities1. Solution Understanding & Demonstrations- Gain deep understanding of Daisy and Geo.AI platforms, features, and use cases.
- Deliver high-quality product demos and walkthroughs to clients.
- Explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
2. Requirements Analysis- Work with prospects to understand their business needs, workflows, and challenges.
- Document requirements and map them to product capabilities.
- Coordinate with product/engineering teams for custom solution insights.
3. Proposal & Documentation Support- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, pitch decks, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Assist the sales team with scope documents, pricing inputs, and timelines.
- Maintain updated pre-sales collateral for multiple industries.
4. Collaboration & Sales Enablement- Partner with the sales team to support lead qualification and solution positioning.
- Provide technical clarifications during sales meetings and follow-ups.
- Create comparison sheets, ROI analyses, and use-case mapping.
5. Client Engagement- Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and workshops.
- Address product-related queries and objections.
- Support PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and ensure smooth evaluation cycles.
Skills & QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BBA/BCA/MBA or related fields).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain AI concepts, analytics, or geo-intelligence solutions.
- Good documentation skills (presentations, proposals, requirement notes).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience with AI/ML products, SaaS platforms, or GIS/Geo systems.
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, JIRA, or data visualization.
- Understanding of APIs, dashboards, and data workflows.
