We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our Basil Woods Juniors instuitution and inspire young learners. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in early childhood education, demonstrating a commitment to fostering a love of learning in children.

Work Time: IST (8.30 AM to 4.00 PM)
Reports To: Centre Head
Pay: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month CTC
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that fosters emotional and social growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Encourage creativity and critical thinking through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Maintain classroom records and documentation as required by school policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective.
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with a focus on Foundational Education.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment for young children.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and tools for teaching young children.
