Job Description

  • Curriculum Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement an age-appropriate curriculum for pre-primary students.
  • Create lesson plans, educational materials, and activities that align with the institution's educational objectives and standards.
  • Staff Management:


  • Recruit, train, and supervise pre-primary teachers and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous professional growth.
  • Student Support and Guidance:

  • Monitor the progress and well-being of pre-primary students.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers in addressing the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
  • Parent Communication:

  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with parents/guardians.
  • Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and orientations to foster parental involvement in their child's education.
  • Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to the pre-primary section, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other department heads and school administrators to promote cross-curricular integration and coherence.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching or coordinating pre-primary education.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and educational best practices for early childhood education.
  • Knowledge of child psychology and developmentally appropriate teaching methodologies.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the curriculum is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an international or multicultural environment is advantageous.
